"The platform, its owners, its owning entities, or its associates disclaim any responsibility for losses, accidents, or fatalities that may occur, whether involving Service Providers or any other individuals, whether connected or unconnected to the provision of services." 

Any disputes arising from the task or any other matter directly related to this platform that are not settled in spite of negotiations shall be settled in the courts of Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. To avoid further chances of disputes, the involved Customer and Service Provider shall be removed from the platform, if deemed fit by the platform owners.
